The Aircast IC Cooler System enhances the Cryo/Cuff with two unique functions: continuous cold and pulsating pressure. Continuous cold eliminates the need for manual water recycling by utilizing an electronic pump to exchange warm water for cold. Pulsating pressure resulting from the automatic exchange of water provides comfort and therapeutic benefits of intermittent compression.

Shopping Experience: Dislocated my ankle and broke fibula...Dr suggested this device..Beats the hell out of bags of peas....Does a great job of compressing and keeping area cool. Very easy to operate..We fill it up with ice and water in the morning and stays cold all day. I would highly recommend this product for a long term injury.

Shopping Experience: I have used all three units from the manual to the Auto Chill and this unit is the best of all of them. It is easy to store and move while it still circulates the water without doing it manually.
