Shopping Experience: This is an amazing item for chronic ankle rollers like myself. It is so much easier then ice packs.
It has a quick release and attachment that allows you to move around if you need to. Also the pump comes in handy to cycle the water instead of manually. I had the manual one before and it was a pain. Loved it but changing the water out manually was not fun.
